INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 cups heavy cream
2 Tbsp butter
1 Lb. chocolate pieces
2 Tbsp Liqueur (if desired)
PROCEDURE
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, heavy cream, and butter. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat immediately.
- Whip/ stir in chocolate pieces until completely incorporated and smooth. Add liqueur if desired.
- Let cool at room temperature.
- dip desired fruit, cookies, etc. and chill for 1 hour.
White chocolate may be substituted.
