BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A sprinter on LSU's track team is accused of raping a woman at a party.
Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake is behind bars on forcible rape charges. The victim told East Baton Rouge Sheriff's deputies that he forced her to have sex with him at his apartment Sunday.
Police say Mitchell-Blake told detectives the sex was consensual, saying the woman said no at first and then she said yes. He also told authorities he did not drink any alcohol that night.
