Shrimp Jude - Breck's Bistro



2 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp chopped green onions

1 Tbsp minced parsley

1 Tbsp minced garlic

2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup parmesan

1/4# 21/25 shrimp- peeled and deveined


Melt butter, add garlic, parsley, green onions and Cajun seasoning and sauté 3 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until pink and curled (3 minutes). Add heavy cream and parmesan and reduce for 3 minutes. Add pasta of choice and stir. Garnish with green onions and parsley.
