BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - In a battle against synthetic marijuana use and to support the Capital Area Human Services Recovery Month, a group has put together a public service announcement aimed at grabbing young people's attention.
It's called: No More Mojo.
The producer, Ivan Toldson, says it's a chance to grab people where they are at that moment.
"I believe words are power,” Toldson said. "You can influence the masses with just what you say and how much more power than on top of a beat?"
Tonja Myles, a peer support specialist, says the problem of synthetic weed is everywhere.
"Of course everybody is using synthetic marijuana from the curbside to the Country Club and music is that one thing that they all listen to- no matter who you are," Myles said.
