Police search for woman accused of stealing $5,000 in cell phones

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Baton Rouge Police need the public's help in identifying a woman accused of stealing several cell phones from SPI Communications on Government Street.

The total value of the cell phones stolen is around $5,000.

The theft happened on Aug. 18, 2014 around 1:22 p.m.

Police released the images of the suspect Thursday. The images were taken from surveillance video. Police describe the suspect as a black female, possibly in her mid 20s to early 30s. She is believed to be driving an older model, white, Acura Legend.
