TEMPE, AZ (CBS5) -

Tempe police are asking the public's help in identifying a pair of tire thieves.

Two men stole four tires from a vehicle Aug. 20, using a jack to lift the vehicle while it was parked next to the victim's back door, Tempe police said.

The thieves also damaged the vehicle and drove away in an extended cab Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, police said.

The theft was captured by surveillance video and took about 26 minutes, police said.

The first suspect is described as white or possibly-light skinned Hispanic, about 6' tall, dark receding hair, with a full sleeve tattoo on his right arm and an athletic or average build. He was wearing a white shirt, jeans and dark Converse style shoes.

The second suspect is described as white with a thin mustache and a thin build with tattoos on the back of his neck and a full sleeve tattoo on his right arm. He was wearing a light-colored short sleeve shirt and light colored shorts.

Anybody with information is asked to call Tempe Police at 480-350-8311.
