BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - In Baker, La. Tuesday morning, an 18-wheeler ran over something on I-110 at Hwy. 19 and ruptured the diesel tank, causing 48 gallons of diesel fuel to leak on the shoulder of the road.

It happened just after 11:30 a.m.
