BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A Baton Rouge Church is working hard to stop violence in the community. Rose Hill Baptist Church held a meeting Monday night, asking community members how they hope to decrease crime in their area.
Rose Hill is the church where seven-year-old Terrez Coleman, the child who was killed during a drive-by shooting and his family worship. Some people say they think they can put a stop to the violence by just by coming together.
"We should all join hands and join forces, pull our resources together and bring about this change that we so desperately need," Enoch Ennis.
Rose Hill will hold another public meeting in about two weeks.
