Nestled in the northeast corner of Hamilton County, bordering both Warren and Clermont counties, is Blue Ash, one of the most thriving communities in Cincinnati.
Since its founding, Blue Ash has shown it is both forward-thinking and works to give its residents the best quality of life. Founded in an effort to stall the city of Cincinnati's expansion of the Cincinnati-Blue Ash airport into a full-scale commercial aviation port, Blue Ash became incorporated to have say in the site's design. After over 50 years, Blue Ash finally received full ownership of the site and converted it into once of the finest parks in Cincinnati.
Similarly, Blue Ash has strived to be at the forefront of business and innovation. Home to the University of Cincinnati's Blue Ash campus, the city is also the headquarters for several companies, including a division of Citigroup, Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Sunny Delight and the Procter & Gamble Sharon Woods Innovation Center.
One event that draws people from all over the Tri-State to their community its year is the Taste of Blue Ash, a large outdoor food festival that celebrates all of the quality restaurants and chefs in the area. This year's event runs from August 22-24, and is a can't-miss Cincinnati tradition.
