Frank's Special Turkey and Swiss Country-Style Omelet

2 Tbsp margarine
1/2 cup egg substitute
3 oz. turkey meat
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 whole eggs


  • Mix egg substitute and turkey meat together in a bowl.
  • Coat the bottom of your skillet with the margarine and place egg mixture into a skillet.
  • In a seperate pan, break the 2 eggs and put on medium heat. Flip both the omelet and the 2 eggs after 2-3 minutes.
  • After flipping the omelet, put 2 slices of Swiss cheese on top and then add the 2 whole eggs on top of that.
  • Fold the omelet over and serve, enjoy.
