BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A Baton Rouge man faces possession and distribution charges of child pornography after detectives say they found a large collection, allegedly gathered by the suspect over the past several years.
After an undercover operation conducted on January 11, 2014, 33-year-old Lucas Daniel Marsh was arrested for his involvement in the distribution of 3 images and videos of prepubescent girls being sexually assaulted by adult men. The investigation led to a search warrant for Marsh’s home located on Ridgely Drive.
Forensic detectives discovered over 130 images and videos of child pornography found on Marsh’s computer. Some images included juveniles from 3-9 years of age.
Investigators say Marsh told them he has used the images in singular sexual activities, and they also say Marsh told them that he has allegedly been downloading files of child pornography for the past 7 years.
