A second suspect in a deadly Lower Ninth
Ward shooting has turned himself in to New Orleans FBI agents.
Jeremiah Washington, 28, turned himself
in to authorities. FBI officials announced last week that Washington was being
sought for the murder of 23-year-old Korey Reed on May 26.
Christopher Michael Dixon, 28, was also
arrested as a suspect in the case on Thursday.
Police say Washington and Dixon gunned
down Reed on May 23 in the 1900 block of Charbonnet Street.
Both have been charged with second degree
