Ribeye Steak with Crabmeat Cream Sauce

Recipe from Cabba's Grill Steak & Seafood

1 shallot diced

1/4 cup white wine

1/4 cup all purpose flour

1 1/2 cups of 1/2 & 1/2

1/3 cup of lump crabmeat

1 tsp salt & pepper

Pinch of cayenne

1 tbl green onions

In a sauce pan on medium heat add shallots & wine letting it reduce down by half. Next whisk in the butter. Once it's melts add your flour stirring until it's a blonde color. Add in your crabmeat, 1/2 & 1/2, & spices to your tasting. Fold in the green onions & let it simmer until it thickens to your liking. It makes a great topping for fish or steaks!
