In a sauce pan on medium heat add shallots & wine letting it reduce down by half. Next whisk in the butter. Once it's melts add your flour stirring until it's a blonde color. Add in your crabmeat, 1/2 & 1/2, & spices to your tasting. Fold in the green onions & let it simmer until it thickens to your liking. It makes a great topping for fish or steaks!
