Cranberry Sauce from Wayne Stabiler Catering

INGREDIENTS

2  12 oz. bags whole fresh cranberries
1 cup champagne
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
juice of 3 satsumas
juice of 1 pommegranet
1 cup Sprite or 7up

PROCEDURE

  • In large saucepan, mix cranberries, sugar, Sprite, satsuma and pommegranet juice and bring to a boil.
  • Turn heat down and let simmer until cranberries begin to pop.
  • remove from stove and cool overnight.
