KENTWOOD, LA (WAFB) -

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Deputies arrested two in connection with a church burglary that happened on June 15, 2014, at the Lewiston Baptist Church on Lewiston Rd. in Kentwood, LA.

The burglary was discovered early that Sunday morning. When deputies arrived, they found a broken window. During the investigation, they found a television and several air conditioning window units were taken.

Two suspects were identified as being connected to the crime. Deputies say 23-year-old Sterling Dyson of Wilmer, LA and 23-year-old Bryce Landry of Kentwood, LA were taken into custody.

Landry was additionally charged with one count of burglary of a religious building.

Dyson was taken into custody on June 23 and charged with one count of burglary of a religious building.

Both are being held in the Tangipahoa Parish Jail.
