Mama C's Shrimp Pasta


1 -stalk of celery, chopped

1- whole white onion, chopped

1- whole green bell pepper chopped

1- whole red bell pepper, chopped

½- stalk of green onion, chopped

2- cans 14.5 oz chicken broth

1 -14.5 oz can cream of chicken

1 – 14.5 oz cream of celery

32 fl oz Heavy Cream

16oz- 26oz seafood stock

2 – teaspoons of Tony's Cajun Seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

3 chicken bouillon cubes

2 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp

1lb Manda Sausage


Penne Pasta


1. Sauté onions, celery and peppers until tender.

2. Add shrimp and sausage to onion blend, continue to sauté until shrimp are pink

3. In a separate pot, add chicken broth, cream of chicken and cream of celery

4. Add heavy cream, half of seafood stock and 2 teaspoons of Tony's Seasoning

5. Heat to a boil, then add 3 bouillon cubes. Continue to boil 2-3 minutes

6. Add shrimp & onion blend , continue to cook 2-3 minutes.

7. Serve sauce over cooked pasta
