BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Baton Rouge Police say a man wanted for rape and second degree kidnapping has been arrested.

Police say Isai Efrain Garcia-Vasquez, 22, of Baton Rouge, "took his victims from a local bar located in the Tigerland area, to a remote location and raped them while they were incapacitated."

Garcia-Vasquez was stopped near the LSU area early Friday morning after police received information about a rape that happened outside of the city limits June 8.

DNA evidence, according to Baton Rouge Police, linked Garcia-Vasquez to another rape that happened July 8, 2013.

He has been booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison without a bond.
