Police: 4 arrested after 60 tires slashed in Livingston Parish

WALKER, LA (WAFB) -

Four suspects have been arrested, according to the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Department, after approximately 60 tires were punctured with a sharp object in the Oak Forest Estates Mobile Home Park in Walker, LA.

The first incident happened June 3, 2014 and a second incident happened June 10, 2014. It is believed the tires were slashed during the early morning hours.

Austin Brown, 20, of Denham Springs was arrested and charged with 10 counts of simple criminal damage to property, three counts of resisting arrest and three counts of battery on a police officer. He is being held in the Livingston Parish Detention Center. His bond has been set at $126,500.

Tiffany Allen, 17, of Walker, was arrested and charged with 10 counts of simple criminal damage to property. She is being held in the Livingston Parish Detention Center. Her bond has been set at $75,000.

Two juveniles were also arrested. A 15-year-old female and a 14-year-old male. The girl was charged with 10 counts of principal to simple criminal damage to property. The boy was arrested and charged with 10 counts of simple criminal damage to property. They are both being held in the Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Center.

Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard says a motive is still unclear. He says as far as they know, this is an isolated case tied to the neighborhood.

The investigation is ongoing. More charges are pending.
