ExxonMobil employees volunteer for Together Day

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Dozens of ExxonMobil employees were talking about a volunteer project that will have a big impact.

The volunteers spent the day at more than 40 homes in North Baton Rouge. They made upgrades and repairs as part of the rebuilding Together Day.

""It makes you feel great because you can already see some of the effects just a little bit of paint really spruces things up. But it makes us all feel great to be able to contribute to a little bit on the part of each person and make such a big difference," said a volunteer.

Not only will the changes make these homes more energy efficient, they will also make them safer to live in.
