Signature Key Lime Pie - Ruth's Chris Steak House



1/2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/2 C Granulated Sugar

5 TBL Melted Butter

Pie Filling

1 C Key Lime Juice

2 Whole Eggs

1 Tablespoon Lime Zest

2 cans 14.5 ounce condensed Milk


In a mixing bowl, mix the crumbs, sugar, and butter with your hands. Press the mixture firmly into pie pan, and bake until brown, roughly 20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool to room temperature.

Lower the oven to 325 degrees. Combine all of the remaining ingredients and whisk well. Place filling into cooled pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool overnight.
