CATS CEO says customers' complaints down more than 30 percent

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Regular riders say CATS is making progress in the Capital city. They're happier for one.

According to the CEO report given at the Board of Commissioners meeting Tuesday night, customer complaints in April were down more than 30 percent from the same time last year.

More changes including schedule adjustments will go into effect in late June.

Also on the way, there will be full 24-hour passes that activate when placed in a fare box and a trolley service will be in place for the Miss USA Pageant.
