Grits
INGREDIENTS
4 oz. butter
1 cup dry grits
1 qt. chicken stock
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup heavy cream
cracked black pepper and salt to taste
4 oz. swiss cheese
PROCEDURE
- Prepare grits using the ingredients listed above.
