As the season winds down and post-season approaches, could LSU have to travel west on I-10 through Lafayette on the road to Omaha?
PostGame.org released this week's baseball regional predictions and UL-L is the number four national seed.
LSU, an at-large pick, is projected to host St. John's, UC-Irvine and Maryland in the Baton Rouge Regional.
Now, the question is, what happens if the No. 4 Ragin' Cajuns win their regional and LSU takes care of business in Baton Rouge? Would LSU travel to Lafayette for the Super Regional?
The SEC leads all conferences with 11 bids and four regional sites. Florida, Ole Miss and South Carolina join LSU as regional hosts. Florida is predicted to be the SEC's champion.
