Police said the third suspect wanted in the deadly shooting of a man early Saturday morning has been arrested.

The Plaquemine Police Department reported Willie Thomas, 43, of Baton Rouge, was arrested in Baton Rouge on Monday. He faces charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery.

He is suspected of shooting and killing Hashim Henderson, 34, of Plaquemine, in his home during what investigators believe was an armed robbery.

Detectives said Deloach and Granville knew Henderson. It is believed the pair, along with Thomas, went to rob Henderson around 2 a.m. They added at some point Henderson was shot once in the chest with a small caliber handgun.

Records from the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison show Thomas booked on April 14 on the following charges:

Criminal damage to property.

His bond was set at $30,500. He was released on April 17.
