BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A Sorrento man has been arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol, according to Baton Rouge Police.

An Affidavit of Probable Cause, claims Bellue "had a distinct and unmistakable odor of alcoholic beverage on his person which intensified as he spoke." When questioned about the incident and his alcohol consumption he became loud and shouted "I'm drunk ok! I got DWI's now!"
Bellue was arrested and charged with Following To Close, Reckless Operation, Driving While Intoxicated 55th offense, Driving Under Suspension from previous DWI, Expired MVI, and Failure to Wear a Seat Belt.
