Narcotics officers seize 6 lbs of marijuana, other drugs, during raid

A 26-year-old man was arrested after police allegedly located roughly $36,000 worth of marijuana and other drugs in his home.

According to the Probable Cause report, Baton Rouge Police officers executed a warrant at a home located on Greenwich Drive on Wednesday, April 9. Narcotics investigators located roughly 6 pounds of marijuana, 1.5 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 7 doses of Adderall, 1 dose of Vyvanse, and $7,851.

The majority of the marijuana and cash was found in the kitchen of the home. Investigators located 54 grams of "wax," which is an extremely potent form of THC, inside the kitchen cabinets and other vial of 12.3 grams of liquid THC used to make "wax."

The suspect, Ryan James Domangue, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, crystal methamphetamine, and Vyvanse; and possession of amphetamine. He was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where he is being held in lieu of a $45,000 bond.
