Police say a passenger was injured and a suspect is in custody and after an overnight chase on Buddy Holly Avenue.

The accident report says Johnathan Fabriel Lucio, 31, was "actively evading" police in a 2011 Ford F350 around 2:15 a.m. Saturday when he hit a 2009 Nissan Armada at 800 18th Street.
