BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Governor Bobby Jindal is pitching an alternative to Obamacare.
The potential 2016 presidential candidate says the Affordable Care Act should be "repealed in its entirety." But Jindal says that fellow republicans need to offer a better way.
Jindal's plan would create a $100 billion grant program that states could access if they create insurance reforms to control costs.
In response, the Democratic National Committee said, "Jindal's plan is nothing more than a rehash of failed republican ideas that have been and will continue to be rejected by voters."
