BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The Capital Area Transit System (CATS) laid out big changes to their services on Sunday, March 30th and they are allowing riders to try them out for free for the next week.
The CATS have new busses and the Transit system added ten new routes. Changes have been made to nearly all of the 20 existing routes.
The bus system will now use five hubs located around the city, instead of the one main terminal on 22nd Street.
The objective is to hopefully provide a faster and more efficient service to its riders.
