Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

4 Large Portobello mushrooms (de-stemmed and gills removed)

1 lb. Spicy Italian Sausage

1 small onion, diced

3.5 oz Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese

¼ c. Mozzarella cheese


Removed the sausage from the casing and brown on medium heat in a skillet, add the onions and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Drain the grease off of the sausage and onions. While the mixture is still warm combine the meat with the cheeses. Put ¼ of the mixture on each mushroom, then bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the mushroom is done.
