BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A second man has been arrested in connection with a shooting of a 14-year-old.
Deputies say 20-year-old Tyrin Keith Perkins and 19-year-old Elijah Ross are accused of planning a robbery with the 14-year-old in February on St. Croix Dr.
According to the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office, the incident happened on Thursday, Feb. 20 at roughly 7:30 p.m. It happened in the 1900 block of St. Croix Drive, which is located in a subdivision off of Nicholson Drive.
