Ascension Sheriff's office arrest 'no shows'

GONZALES, LA (WAFB) -

Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office is continuing to go after individuals who are failing to appear in court after being arrested on felony and misdemeanor criminal charges.

It's all part of an ongoing initiative called "Operation No Show."

Those arrested include:

Joshua Talley, 22, of Geismar, was arrested and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and cruelty to a juvenile.

Caleb Wheat, 28,  of St. Amant, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and operation of a lab.

Travis Aubert, 22, of Gonzales, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Iris Watts, 46, of Donaldsonville, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brad Roddy, 34, of Prairieville, was arrested and charged with possession.

    A man accused of an attempted armed robbery Thursday night was shot in the process and died early Friday morning, according to investigators. The Baton Rouge Police Department reported Kylin Spencer, 19, died at the hospital from gunshot wounds.
