Chef Jeff - Black Pepper and Chive Biscuits

Ingredients:

• 1 ¾ cups All Purpose flour

• 2 tbs. baking flour

• 1 tsp. baking soda

• 1 tsp. salt

• 4 tsp. ground black pepper

• ¾ cup unsalted butter (for dough)

• 1 ½ cups buttermilk

• 1 stick of butter (for spread)

• 6 tbs. honey

• 4 tbs. chives

Method:

Add first seven ingredients into a bowl and mix by hand, but do not over mix. Roll the mixture by hand and cut out biscuits. Bake in the oven at 425-degress for 12-15 minutes. Next, mash one stick of butter, mix with honey, chives, salt, and pepper. Serve together.
