Add first seven ingredients into a bowl and mix by hand, but do not over mix. Roll the mixture by hand and cut out biscuits. Bake in the oven at 425-degress for 12-15 minutes. Next, mash one stick of butter, mix with honey, chives, salt, and pepper. Serve together.
