12 pieces of bread or bun (stale or toasted )cubed
.5 cup butter
.5 tbsp vanilla
1.5 cup sugar
8 oz brown sugar
1.5 tbsp cinnamon
4 cups milk
Can of cinnamon roll or cake icing
Colored sugars for topping
Whisk eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth. Add in milk.
Pour mixture over bread and combine until bread coated.
Melt butter and mix with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spread half of bread into pan and spread cinnamon mixture over bread. Add second layer of bread.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 325 degrees.
Top with your favorite "cinnamon roll" icing when bread pudding is cooled. Sprinkle with colored sugars.
