BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The last fugitive wanted by Crime Stoppers for 2013 has been arrested and his capture was the result of a tip from the public.

Greater Baton Rouge Crime Stoppers reported Hollis Green, 27, of Baton Rouge, was taken into custody Monday.

He is charged with simple kidnapping, false imprisonment, domestic abuse battery with strangulation and simple assault.

The Baton Rouge Police Department said Green walked up behind his ex-girlfriend, picked her up, carried about 75 feet and put her in a car. They added he eventually let her go.

His arrest results in a 100 percent capture rate of Crime Stoppers wanted fugitives from last year.
