Man arrested for several thefts on LSU campus

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - LSU Police have arrested a man accused of several thefts and burglaries on campus in the last few months.

Officers arrested 42-year-old Marcus Armstrong Friday. Investigators say they were able to find several items pawned by Armstrong that were stolen on campus.

When Armstrong was arrested, officers say they found several computers and electronics stolen in several incidents on campus. They also say they found a Chevy Avalanche that was reported stolen from Mississippi.

Armstrong was booked in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
