BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

A Baton Rouge man was arrested Wednesday after police say he kicked in the door to a home on East Brookstown Drive, and dragged a naked woman out of the house and forced her into a vehicle.

It started just before 11 p.m. when witnesses say 21-year-old Willie L. Banks kicked in the door and began fighting with a man inside the home. The man left the home, according to police, and went to a neighbor's house to call police.

According to the probable cause report, Banks then slapped a woman repeatedly and dragged her out of the home, naked, by her hair and forced her into his vehicle. The victim said Banks drove off.

The victim told police that Banks took $157 from her while she was in his vehicle. The police report says the victim called her sister from her phone, while in the vehicle with Banks, and arrange for her sister to pick her up.

The report says "Once the victim was able to escape, she called the police."

Officers were able to find Banks at his home where they arrested him. They found $157 to be in his possession, but he tells police that the victim gave him the money and he denied any accusations made by the victim.

Banks was taken to the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where he was charged with aggravated burglary, simple kidnapping, theft and simple battery. He is being held on a $32,500 bond.
