BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A Baton Rouge man is in custody after he allegedly stabbed someone after arguing with the victim at a club early Sunday morning.
According to the probable cause report, witnesses say Ricardo Guillin, 21, and the victim had a disagreement and it escalated into a fight. Guillin allegedly followed the victim to a vehicle and broke a glass beer bottle, then used it to stab the victim.
Witnesses told Baton Rouge police that Guillin attempted to leave the scene but he was detained while authorities were called.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with possible life threatening injuries.
Guillin was arrested for attempted 2nd degree murder and booked into the EBR Parish Prison.
