Shooting, 2 men wounded near Hooper Road

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting that occurred at around 9:10 p.m. Friday night.

It happened on the 8000 block of South Laredo Street near Hooper Road.

Authorities say one man was wounded and another has a gunshot wound. Detective are not sure what happened to the other man, or how it all began.

Both men were transported for treatment, according to EBRSO spokesperson Casey Rayborn Hicks.
