LSU returns to Baton Rouge after Outback Bowl win

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

The LSU football team landed in Baton Rouge around noon after its 21-14 victory over Iowa in the Outback Bowl in Tampa.

The Tigers have finished with 10 wins in each of the last four seasons.

Sophomore running back Jeremy Hill was named MVP of the game. He finished with 216 yards and two touchdowns.

True freshman quarterback Anthony Jennings made his first collegiate start in the Outback Bowl, replacing injured senior quarterback Zach Mettenberger.

LSU finished the season 10-3.
