Greek Pasta Salad


1 pound rotini pasta (cooked according to package directions)

1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

6 green onions, chopped

1 can of artichoke hearts, chopped

3/4 cup Kalamata olives

1-1/2 cups crumbled feta

1 bottle Re: Salad Dressing


Directions: In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, bell pepper,

cucumber, green onion, olives, and feta. Toss the pasta salad with about two-thirds

of dressing until evenly coated. Cover and chill overnight. Immediately before

serving, toss salad with remaining dressing to coat. Serve and Enjoy.
