Salvation Army toy roundup set for Saturday

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

If you're looking to get into the giving spirit, you can participate in this weekend's giant toy roundup for the Salvation Army.

It will be held at Perkins Rowe. Donna Britt organized an entire day and evening of live Christmas music to brighten the donation collection.

You can sit in the fountain park and see the live music performances, donate your toys at the Salvation Army table and really feel the spirit of Christmas.

The Salvation Army toy roundup starts Saturday at 10 a.m. and continues until 9 p.m., so head to a fine restaurant or wine loft at Perkins Rowe and bring a toy to drop off.
