Crews test lights in advance of Festival of Lights

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Crews tested and tweaked the lights in downtown Baton Rouge Wednesday evening in advance of Friday's big Festival of Lights.

Meteorologist Jay Grymes said there may be rain for the fest, but Christmas spirit cannot be dampened.

The 35-foot tree in Towne Square will be lit and there will be 10 tons of snow for kids to play in.

There's also a jingle bell run at 7 p.m.

The fun downtown starts at 4 p.m. and continues until 9 p.m.
