The West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's office says that approximately eight months ago, "Ivy Martin had intercourse with the 12-year-old female juvenile and on one occasion he involved 60-year-old Clarence Tillman of Port Allen."

Tillman has been charged with principal to rape and principal to oral sexual battery.

According to the affidavit, Tillman also involved 26-year-old Brandon Edwards during the same incident. Edwards has been charged with oral sexual battery.
