TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Alberto Selvera, wanted in connection to an April accident which claimed the life of a man, is now in custody.

Lucas County Sheriff's deputies say they chased Selvera this afternoon in south Toledo before taking him into custody.

The crash happened back on April 21 of this year.  Police say Selvera drove his vehicle into oncoming traffic, colliding with a vehicle driven by James Steele. Steele died in the crash.

Selvera is being held on a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide.
