4 8oz. packages tiny whole mushrooms
3 medium onions
2 bell peppers
1 10 oz. package bacon
4 oz. Worcestershire
8 oz. Cajun Blast Lemon herb Basting Spray
Cajun Blast Creole Seasoning to taste
4 Tbsp Chopped garlic
- Cut onions, bell peppers and bacon and combine with whole mushrooms, season to taste with Cajun Blast Creole seasoning.
- Pour Worcestershire Sauce and Cajun Blast Lemon Herb Basting Spray over vegetables and sprinkle in chopped garlic.
- Mix well and cook on a slow fire until vegetables are soft.
- Serve as vegetables, pasta topping, or as a steak topping.
