Police have hit a roadblock for a bar they've been trying to close down after
years of crime.
judge has approved a motion to close the Upton Bar and Grill for a year because
of its history of crime, but an appeal could mean the bar stays open a little

complaining about things such as noise, litter and public urination, among more
