With built-in enterprise security MyEclipse Secure Editions now allow developers to build and deploy iOS and Android apps with simple bulk licensing and IDE management technologies.
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) November 04, 2013
Genuitec, LLC, a founding member of the Eclipse Foundation along with IBM, is pleased to announce the addition of HTML5, jQuery, and PhoneGap mobile tools, along with new one-click migration for Maven into the MyEclipse Secure product line. Customers are now able to quickly design and prototype cross-platform mobile apps for secure private cloud delivery.
MyEclipse Secure offers our enterprise customers a way to comfortably develop projects within protected environments, said Brian Fernandes, product manager for MyEclipse at Genuitec. Now, from within those secure environments, developers can rest assured they still have an opportunity to code with the latest technologies available.
MyEclipse Secure offers customers a singular way to develop, manage, measure and deliver applications, and projects to teams from behind a private cloud. It provides development teams a way to share profiles and configurations, while keeping team synchronization and standardization at the forefront. Not to mention the product handles bulk licensing for enterprise customers.
Developers can add and remove different components from MyEclipse Secure in a more simplified manner, access and install software from proprietary tools libraries and/or public Eclipse marketplaces, as well as incorporate other open source technologies into development.
The MyEclipse Secure product line, with builds for MyEclipse Standard, Professional, Blue, Spring and Bling, will now all include expanded Maven support. The expanded Maven support will allow developers to quickly add Maven capabilities to new and existing Java, EJB, Web, and EAR projects that can then be managed from within your MyEclipse Secure IDE. Customers will also benefit from one-click integration of Maven capabilities, easier POM editing, automation for the addition of dependencies, as well as the ability to customize Maven Project Structures.
