BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Registered voters began casting their ballots for the November 16 elections Saturday morning.
Early voting for the municipal and 5th Congressional District runoff elections runs through November 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Citizens who want to vote early can visit their parish registrar of voters' office or other designated locations. Click here for a complete list of early voting locations.
Elections will be held in 39 parishes in Louisiana on November 16: Avoyelles, Bienville, Calcasieu, Caldwell, Catahoula, Concordia, East Baton Rouge, East Carroll, East Feliciana, Franklin, Grant, Jackson, Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, Lafourche, LaSalle, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Orleans, Ouachita, Plaquemines, Rapides, Richland, St. Helena, St. John the Baptist, St. Landry, St. Mary, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Tensas, Terrebonne, Vernon, Washington, Webster, West Baton Rouge, West Carroll, West Feliciana and Winn.
