Bayou Country Superfest 2014 lineup announced

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Bayou Country Superfest officials have announced the lineup for the 2014 event.

Officials announced in September that George Strait, the King of Country Music, will headline the 2014 Bayou Country Superfest. It will be part of the final leg of The Cowboy Rides Away Tour. He will be joined by Reba McEntire and Chris Young

Also on the ticket for the three day event is Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Easton Corbin, Lee Brice, Gloriana, Hunter Hayes, Big and Rich and Joe Nichols.

Quint Davis, producer/director of the Bayou Country Superfest said, "For the 5th anniversary, we are taking the Country Superfest to another level!  It doesn't get any more exciting than adding a third night to present George Strait's farewell tour plus Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Reba and Eric Church over three huge days of country music."

The Superfest is scheduled for May 23 to May 25 and, as always, will be held at LSU Tiger Stadium.

Tickets go on sale November 5, 2013. More information about the tickets can be found at www.bayoucountrysuperfest.com.
